We will provide wash stations for your convenience. Please be prepared in case you need potable water for any reason.
Two steaks will be provided by the organizer. You will pick up your meat at the cook’s meeting. Further instruction will be given to you at that time. You MUST turn in one of the steaks provided. You CANNOT turn in a steak not provided by the organizer.
Please be prepared to cook without electricity.
15’ x 20’ spaces are provided for each team – You must fit in your area. NO EXCEPTIONS
Will be for sale on the grounds. All beverages must be consumed from a plastic cup. NO open alcohol containers can leave the event area.
Please remove vehicles that do not fit in the designated space. We have safety codes set by our fire department on how wide our rows have to be. Ample parking is available all around the venue.
Must stay at the cook sites.
May begin after the awards ceremony on Saturday and must be done before noon on Sunday.
Local fire regulations state that there must be at least one fire extinguisher every 75 feet that has been inspected within the past six months. Please provide your own fire extinguisher.
And ENTRY FEES are non-refundable after July 5, 2017.
All teams serving food to the public may be subject to inspection by the Health Dept. Florida Department of Agriculture. No drink sales allowed.
